Andrew Nicholas Grant, 21 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked and assaulted a 21 year-old woman at a home on Morris Road.
Reports said that Grant ignored a court order to stay away from the woman when he went to her home and made contact of an insulting and provoking nature during a verbal argument.
Grant is charged with simple battery and aggravated stalking.
