Austin Mark Outlaw, 33 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of various drugs during a search on Doncasater Drive.
Reports said that police found a pill bottle with no label containing Alprazolam and Morphine during the search.
Outlaw is charged with possession of a schedule II and schedule IV controlled substance and pills not in their original container.
