Ian Galex Hays, 38 of Cartersville, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he stole a grill and a tire from the backyard of a home on in Floyd County.
Reports added that the theft occurred back on Valentines Day.
Hays is charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and driving on a suspended license.
