Chattooga County authorities have arrested 47 year-old David Anderson Kellar, of Summerville, after he was accused of molesting a relative who was under the age of 16 years.
Reports added that the molestation had been ongoing for around three years, and that “the crimes happened on multiple occasions”.
Kellar is charged with child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
