Bradley Keith Land, 48 of Rome, was arrested for trafficking drugs during a traffic stop near the intersection of Maple Avenue and East 15th Street.
Reports said that Land was found with a large amount of methamphetamine (over 28 grams), and marijuana in his pants during the stop.
Police added that the drugs were all packaged individually for resale purposes.
Land is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, drug trafficking, possession of drug related objects and parole violation.
