Joshua Dylon Kornegay, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a woman’s Tiffany Company designer glasses during an attack on North Division Street.
Reports said that the incident began when he placed both his arms around the victim’s neck in a reverse choke hold. The victim reported that she lost consciousness during the incident.
The glasses were valued at $450.00
Kornegay is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass.
