“Delivering The Hillman Group Building marks a major milestone for the project team,” said Chris Stanley, Senior Managing Director at MDH Partners. “The completion of this project brings new jobs that will stimulate the local economy and bolster economic growth. A major driver of Rome – Floyd County’s economy is manufacturing/distribution and we are proud to bring exciting new opportunities to the growing labor force in this area.”

“It’s been a pleasure to work with the Rome-Floyd County Development Authority and the economic development team. In addition to the incentives provided to help secure valuable jobs for Floyd County, the Rome-Floyd County building department was instrumental in streamlining the review, permitting, and inspection of the construction project,” said Hardman Knox, Partner at Hight Knox Properties. “We join our development partner, MDH Partners, in welcoming Hillman to their new Class A distribution facility.”
