Nickolas Kyle Townsend, 32 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he made 11 purchases with a stolen bank card.
While being taken into custody, officers said that they found methamphetamine and a digital scale in his possession.
Townsend is charged with 11 counts financial transaction card fraud, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.
