Atlanta Man Jailed in Rome on Forgery Charge

Winston Owen Miller, 35 of Atlanta, was arrested in Rome after reports said he forged a check for under $1,500.

The location of the crime was listed at 1480 Martha Berry Blvd.

He was allegedly found in possession of marijuana during his arrest.

Miller is charged with 4^th degree forgery and possession of marijuana.
