Anne Therese Lohse, 37 of Adairsville, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said she conspired with four others to acquire, possess and distribute 32 grams of methamphetamine and 257 grams of marijuana at the Rome Recycling Center on Lavender Drive.

Police said that security footage captured Loshe driving a white sedan and placing a bag into a garbage can in front of the recycling center.  The bag was then retrieved by an officer.

Security footage later saw offenders Isaac Ross and Terry Carton motioning to Lohse and pointing in the direction where to place the bag.  Offenders Jamieson Lawrence and Anthony McCoy had allegedly arranged the drugs to be dropped off so that they could get it back to the Floyd county Prison.

The incident occurred back on October 19, 2022.

Lohse is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school, attempt to violate Georgia’s controlled substance act and items prohibited by an inmate.
