Jeffrey David Chapman, 54 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a 1966 Ford Galaxy from a home on Woodbine Avenue.
Reports said that the theft occurred sometime between June 6 and 10 of 2020.
Chapman is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
