Noe Patzan Cotzajay, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he molested two small children back between 2014 and 2016.
Reports said that Cotzajay rubbed the inner thighs and breast of a child while she was between 12 and 14 years of age.
He is also accused of rubbing the inner thighs and vaginal area of a child between the ages of 6 and 8 years of age.
Cotzajay is charged with two counts child molestation and sexual battery of a child.
