An
Dennis Randall Stanley, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Lombardy Way.
Reports said that after breaking into the home Stanley used electricity and other services of the home without paying.
Police added that Stanley damaged a window screen to gain entrance into the home.
Stanley is charged with first degree burglary, theft of service, criminal trespass and failure to appear.
