Bryan David Cochran, 44 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said he threw an unopened 20-ounce bottle of soda at a woman’s head.
Reports added that Cochran is also accused of striking her lower back with his fist.
The victim also told police that Cochran then shoved her out of a car at a location on Dean Avenue.
Cochran is charged with simple assault
