Cindy Rittenberry, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she kept a lost debit card without attempting to return it to its owner.
The card had been reported missing at Pick O Deli on Riverside Parkway.
Rittenberry is charged with theft of mislaid property and probation violation.
