Kayla Marie Hall, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole a 2010 black 24 foot utility trailer and then sold it.
Report added that the trailer was valued at $3000. Officers went on to say that Hall sold the trailer for $500.
Hall is charged with felony theft by taking.
