Brittany Nicole Duncan, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of numerous stolen items.
Reports said that Duncan was found with two stolen driver’s license, social security card, and four bank debit cards. Duncan is charged with three counts theft by receiving stolen property
