Juan Antonio Quiroz Zamorano, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he touched a child’s breast and vaginal area without her consent.
The report did not list the exact age of the victim, but did say that the acts occurred between 2016 and 2019 in the Garden Lakes area.
Zamorano is charged with child molestation and two counts sexual battery.
