Rome Man Jailed for Attempting to Murder Another

Eliz Joah Rivera-Santiago, 25 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he attempted to murder another person.

Reports said that on April 29^th of this year Rivera-Santiago attempted to strangle another person.

Rivera-Santiago is charged with aggravated assault and three counts failure to appear.
