Jamar Shantay Finley, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold Fentanyl, methamphetamine, and marijuana to Ben Williams at the Maple Quick Stop.
The drug deal occurred back on November 2nd just after 5 pm.
While taking him into custody this week, officers said that they found Finley in possession of cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana.
Finley is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession and distribution of controlled substances.
