Julio Martinez-Guzman, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he conspired with others to transport and sell over 28 grams of methamphetamine.
Reports added that Martinez-Guzman used a communication facility to further his drug trafficking activities.
Martinex-Guzman is charged with attempt to violate Georgia controlled substance act and use of a communication facility in commission of a felony involving a controlled substance.
