Ananais Josias Perez-Aguilon, 30 of Cincinnati, was arrested in Rome after police said he was found with a fake ID during a traffic stop for an improper lane change.
He was found with the fake ID after it was discovered that he was driving without a valid license.
Perez-Aguilon is charged with first degree forgery, driving without a license and failure to maintain lane.
