John Patrick Tant, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to burn a house down while walking around carrying a bow and arrow.
Police added that Tant was intoxicated while committing the acts on Park Avenue in Lindale.
Tant is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
