Steven Walter Brooks, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was seen threatening to cut a woman’s threat before punching and slashing her vehicle tires.
Reports added that Brooks had been previously banned from the location in which the crime occurred.
Brooks is charged with aggravated assault and two counts criminal trespass.
