Dennis Harold Philips II, 37 of Rome, was arrested after reports said he was found jumping over a fence and prowling around numerous yards on Wet Oak Drive and Albert Avenue.
Police said that they found him hiding in the woods attempting to conceal himself.
Phillips is charged with two counts criminal trespass and loitering.
