Anthony Lamar Wade Jr, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he dropped a baggie containing suspected methamphetamine in an attempt to avoid arrest.
Reports said that Wade committed the acts at a location on Russell Street
Wade is charged with possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.
