Dalton Nathanial Ayers, 27 of Rocky Face, was arrested at a location on Chateau Drive after he allegedly used vulgar language and acted disorderly at the Comfort Inn.
Police said that Ayers also acted violently toward others at the hotel while intoxicated.
Officers added that while taking him into custody, Ayers resisted their commands.
Ayers is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct, and obstruction.
