Cindy Marie Cantu, 35 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said she lied to investigating police officers.
Police said that she gave them a fake date of birth and name in an effort to avoid apprehension.
She was taken into custody at a location on Nichols Road.
Cantu is charged with giving false information to police.
