Jacob Michael Royer, 21 of Cedartown, was arrested on Rome Road in Cave Spring after police said he was found in possession of methamphetamine.
Reports said that Royer was stopped after he crossed over the center line while driving.
The search led officers to find the meth and a glass smoking device in his vehicle.
Royer is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and failure to maintain lane.
