Zachary Ronald Carter, 32, and Wesley Wayne Shanks, 36, both of Cedartown, were arrested at the West Rome Walmart after reports said they stole $654.29 worth of merchandise.
Reports did not list what items were taken by the couple.
Both are charged with felony shoplifting.
