Pascual Alexandro Caldera Limon, 21, and Madeline Adriana, 20 of Rome, were arrested this week after a traffic stop for running a stop sign on Rooney Road.
Police said that after stopping Limon, they found marijuana and drug related objects in the vehicle.
Both are charged with possession of marijuana and drug related objects.
Limon is additionally charged with running a stop sign and driving on a suspended license.
