Burnard Alan Chambers, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he made unwanted physical contact with a woman’s breast and thigh.
Police added that the incident occurred at a home on Mark Groves Avenue in Lindale where both the victim and suspect lived.
The victim also told police that Chambers sent photographs of his erect penis to her and another juvenile victim. Authorities went on to say that when they asked Chambers why he sent the photograph, he told them that he meant to send it to another person.
Chambers is charged with sexual battery and child molestation.
