Derick Wayne Mobbs, 38 of Rome, was arrested after police said he pulled a knife on a woman, held it to her face and imprisoned her inside a home.
Mobbs is also accused of shoving the woman during the situation.
The incident occurred on August 29th at a home on Warren Road.
Officers found Mobbs at a home on Webster Street that he did not have permission to be at. While being questioned, he gave police a fake name and then proceeded to run from authorities.
Mobbs is charged with aggravated assault false imprisonment, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime, battery, giving false information to police, obstruction, and criminal trespass.
