Michael Dewayne Green, 44 of Rome, was found in possession of drugs while trespassing at a store on Turner McCall Blvd.
Reports said that Green was found in possession of a crystalized substance and a glass smoking device behind the Texico gas station.
Green is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and criminal trespass.
