Thomas Russell Barlow, 55 of Rome, turned himself into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said an officer found a THC oil gummy in his vehicle following an auto accident on New Calhoun Highway.
Reports added that the wreck occurred back on September 10th.
Barlow is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
