Robert Henry Williams III, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a 2000 Chevrolet EX3 from a location on Mays Bridge Road before breaking into a storage building.
The car theft occurred sometime between February 10 and 11 of 2021.
On that same day, Williams is charged with burglarizing a storage building on Shorter Avenue.
Police added that several items that were stolen were later found in stole work truck.
Williams is charged with second degree burglary, theft by taking a motor vehicle and parole violation.
