Tyler Blake Keever, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a 58 year-old man at Ridge Ferry Park.
Police said that Keever shoved the man to the ground, onto a gravel parking lot. When the victim attempted to get up, Keever is accused of pushing him again.
The victim suffered visible injuries to both his legs and elbows.
Keever is charged with battery
