A homeless 37 year-old Rome man, Jon Daniel Shepherd, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of dangerous drugs.
Reports said that police found meth, a straw and a partial can with burn marks.
Shepherd is charged with possession, sale, distribution of dangerous drugs and possession of drug related objects.
