Diandre Andreus Dryden, 22 of Gainesville, was jailed in Rome after police said he signed papers as another person in order to be released from custody.
Reports said that Dryden gave authorities another’s name and date of birth as his own.
The incident occurred back in November of 2021.
Dryden is charged with second degree forgery and giving false information to police.
