Jack McClain Pyles, 24 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a woman when he left in her vehicle after making contact with her.
The incident occurred back on September 19 at a location on Reynolds Bend Road in Floyd County.
Pyles is charged with aggravated stalking and probation violation.
