Demtrious Naprince Hodges, 25 of Rome, was arrested at the intersection of Broad Street and East 3rd Avenue after she allegedly was found yelling and swinging her hands at another female.
Police added that when they arrived on scene, Hodges attempted to run away from officers.
Hodges is charged with disorderly conduct and willful obstruction.
