Cesar Obdulio Marroquin Reyes, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used his hands to touch a child, under the age of 16 years, breast, inner thigh, and vagina.
Reports added that Reyes caused physical pain to the victim when he inserted his fingers into the child’s vagina.
The incident occurred back in 2021.
Marroquin Reyes is charged with aggravated child molestation.
