Jessie Lee Dozier Jr, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated his bond after being drunk at a home on Cave Spring Road.
Police added that Dozier caused damage to a bathroom door of the home while yelling abusive language.
Police went on to say that Dozier also threatened to kill the victim’s mother.
Dozier is charged with aggravated stalking, criminal trespass, terroristic threats and acts along with probation violation.

Jessie Lee Dozier Jr, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked another person at a home on Cave Spring Road.
Reports said that Dozier attempted to hit the victim with his fist before destroying their TV and blue tooth speaker.
Dozier is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
