A homeless 39 year-old Rome woman, Amber Gail Ubele, was arrested this week after reports said broke into a home on Vanns Valley Road in an effort to retrieve her children, in which she had lost custody of.
Police added that Ubele entered the home thought the window.
Ubele is charged with criminal trespass.
