Rome Woman Jailed for Repeatedly Stalking, Threatening Another

Julia Catherine Stanley, 37 of Rome,  was arrested this week after reports said she harassed and threatened another person from May 19^th until the end of June

Police said that Stanley repeatedly called and left messages for the purpose of harassing them.

Reports went on to say that she threatened to kill the victim with one of the messages.

Stanley is charged with six counts stalking, six counts harassing communications and terroristic threats and acts.
