Latisha Marie Hall, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of a stolen car tag that belonged to Car Mart.
Police said that Hall was also in violation of her probation when she was found with the stolen tag.
Hall is charged with theft by receiving stolen property and probation violation.
