Daniel Juan, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after cursing and yelling while drunk at a business on Riverbend Drive.
Police said that when they arrived, Juan told officers that he would “beat their asses”.
Juan is charged with disorderly conduct, public drunk, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, obstruction and terroristic threats and acts.
