A traffic stop near the intersection of Morningside Drive and Highland Blvd resulted in drug trafficking charges for Alisha Clodesa Isom, 37, and Michael Derrick Salmon, 30, both of Rome.
Police said that Isom was pulled over driving on a suspend license when officers found over 56 grams of methamphetamine inside the car.
Both are charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute and trafficking methamphetamine.
Isom is also charged with driving on a suspended license.
