Robert Stephen Bagley, 33 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he beat down a door, resulting in visible injuries to a woman’s face.
Police said that the female victim was attempting to get away from Bagley when he either pushed or kicked a door, resulting in her suffering bruising and cuts to her face.
Bagley is charged with battery.
