Karen Louise Cook, 51 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said she stole a car from a location on Conn Lake Road.
Reports said that Cook was captured on video stealing the car before later being found in possession of it.
The vehicle is valued at $1,500.
Cook is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
